Well as most of you know we have the NEW Alive! Powerhouse (home of CrossFit Queanbeyan) open and running.

Things have been going great at the Powerhouse, with the CrossFit classes going crazy!!

To answer a few questions you have been asking:

Can I use the Powerhouse with my Alive! membership - in short yes you can, but access is to the weights and cardio areas only

What if I want to do CrossFit? - All you need to do is to pay an upgrade from as little at $10 per week at CrossFit Queanbeyan (do the foundation sessions) and you are good to go. Cost varies depending on your current membership, ask the guys at the Powerhouse and they will help you out.

* There will be NO class at Alive! Powerhouse this Saturday 24th December.

* We will also only be running one class a day over the Xmas to New Year break, we will post the WOD each day for you to do on your own of course.
